Spring Fair and other adventures

This weekend was the BIG Jamestown Elementary Spring Fair.  Asher just had to make an appearance and all the 5th grade girls were happy he decided to drop by.

Jed also got a kick out of the giant blow up wrestler that took over the gym.  Only in North Arlington would you see something out of the Macys Day parade.

On a side note, Roswell got a new haircut this weekend and we had to show him off next to our little cherub.  Can you guess who weighs more?

Daddy and Asher in their button up shirts!

We are also trying to do more tummy time with the little guy, Nana's orders!

See, Nana, here is the proof that we are making your grandson cranky.

This weekend also marks the beginning of my brave pursuit to cut Asher's fingernails. Fingernails are now trimmed and no blood to speak of. I have to give myself an A++! I cut his fingernails while he was  sleeping and even had time to use an emery board to smooth them out.  Hopefully, no more scratches on his baby face.

Finally, we got out the bumbo chair today. Asher will now have a new place to plant himself. With a bit of luck, this will help reduce the bald spot that is forming on the back of his cute little head.

He is still a little too young for this. We have to prop his head up.

  1. Nana is correct. More tummy time to strengthen neck and other muscles and the back of the head is not completely flattened!!
