Three Cheers for Family!

It has been a busy, yet, fun family filled last two weeks.

We were able to celebrate my first Mother's Day with my Mom in DC.  The weather was beautiful and we all decided to enjoy the neighborhood by going on the Capitol Home and Garden tour. It was also the first time that Asher rode in the Baby Bjorn facing out. He was a trooper and smiled at everyone on the tour.

Also, my mom has been spending the last two weeks taking care of Asher while Jed traveled for work and I went to work.  Asher has started waking up at 4am recently and we hope this will change soon. On the bright side, he goes to bed at  7pm but he is not a napper.  We think it is because he can't wait to give Bubbie a big smile in the morning and wants to play with her throughout the day!

Bubbie and Asher out for their daily stroll.
My mom also had a lot of fun dressing him each morning.  She loved putting different sun hats on him. She had reason to put him in all of these cute hats...it was over 80 degrees all week long.

Do you see Roswell in the background?
My mom has been opening up all Ashers toys. Asher is so happy that Bubbie has taken the time to do this. He loves shaking his rattle and playing with his rings.

Finally, my dad, Elena, and Jack showed up in DC this week.  Asher sure loved the company.  We had brunch at our house and everyone got a little cuddle time in.
